Bounty balls step by step

1. Dans un bol mélangez 250g de noix de coco râpée avec une petite boîte de lait concentré sucré.
2. Formez des boulettes de la taille d’une noix, avec les mains légèrement humides pour pas que ça ne colle, en tassant bien. Déposez les boulettes sur un plateau recouvert de papier cuisson et placez au congélateur 1h.
3. Faites fondre 250g de chocolat au lait pâtissier au bain marie.
4. A l’aide de fourchettes enrobez les boulettes coco de chocolat en tapotant la fourchette sur le bord de la casserole pour éliminer l’excédent de chocolat, et déposez sur une autre feuille de papier cuisson. Je sors les boulettes du congélateur 3 par 3 pour évitez qu’elles ne se réchauffent pendant que je nappe, car si elles ne sont plus assez froides elles risquent de partir en morceaux dans le chocolat.
5. Placez vos bounty balls au moins 2 heures au réfrigérateur afin que le chocolat fige bien et régalez vous.
